At Heraki Style, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns Eligibility and Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This period allows you sufficient time to inspect your items.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Lingerie and bodysuits
• Accessories (jewelry, hair clips, etc.)
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at support@herakistyle.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your item is eligible, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@herakistyle.com within 3 days of receipt. Please include clear photographs of the damaged item so we can process a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired one.
