We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Heraki Style.

Returns:

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Final sale items, including lingerie, bodysuits, and accessories, are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to return:

1. Send an email to support@herakistyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. If eligible, we will provide detailed return instructions.

3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@herakistyle.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
