1. Where does Heraki Style ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Our goal is to expand our shipping regions soon, so stay tuned for updates!

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time varies depending on the destination:

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days
  • Canada: 7 to 12 business days

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package ships.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can click it anytime to check the real-time status of your delivery.

4. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately at support@herakistyle.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address. Unfortunately, once the package is dispatched, we cannot make any changes.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. Some items such as lingerie, bodysuits, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
